CFO-Partner is a trusted, financial advisory firm that serves as the chief financial officer to small and mid-size organizations, providing financial expertise, discipline and agile responsiveness to business owners, stakeholders, and senior level management across a diverse business landscape.
We implement, monitor and measure performance benchmarks and use those tools to help drive the financial well-being for our clients’ businesses. We fill a valued position within the management team of these businesses and establish a level of performance and accountability for the managers, which lead to improvement within the entire organization.
Rick Simpson
Founder
OLD: In 2000, Rick Simpson founded CFO-Partner to bring a unique approach to financial management of small and medium-size businesses.
Rick received his accounting degree from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, in 1981.
His experience includes four years as Vice President and Controller for Express Services, Inc. and 13 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for City Bank and Trust in Oklahoma City.
Rick is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He sits on the board of directors of The First State Bank and VersaTeq. He also was a member of Leadership Oklahoma City Class IX.
Rick Simpson
OLD: Ron Harris received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 1981. His 25-year Oklahoma City career includes accounting and strategic planning jobs with KPMG, Oklahoma Micro Technology, ENTEQ Solutions, and Inacom Information Systems; and as an independent consultant on accounting and technology issues.
Ron has served in numerous capacities as a Director, Board Member and Advisory Director for various organizations, including First Bank & Trust, Duncan, OK; Independence Charter Middle School; and was a past Vice President and President of Quail Creek Golf and Country Club. He is a published author and has served as a speaker at various business and community events.
